FIFA making some changes to benefit players

Source - FIFA has proposed that teams should be allowed to make up to five substitutions per match, instead of the usual three, as a temporary measure to help cope with potential fixture congestion in the aftermath of the coronavirus outbreak.
City could have 19 more games -- 10 in the Premier League, up to six in the Champions League and up to three in the FA Cup -- being scheduled in as few as 10 weeks through August.
Juventus could need 20 more: 12 in Serie A, up to six in the Champions League, and two Coppa Italia games.
Good morning soccer fans. Do I have some fantastic news for you? FIFA MIGHT be making a temporary switch to the substitution rule that leaves players getting injured due to fatigue at the end of games... and it's about damn time.
If you read the article (even if you don't, I'll give you the three biggest takeaways), you learn a few things.
1) FIFA is pushing so damn hard to give us our beautiful game back (R.I.P Ligue 1).
2) In order to try and finish the 2019-2020 football season teams will be playing league fixtures, Champions League knock-out stages, and National Cups in just a couple of months (this is a huge change from spreading these games out from nearly half of a calendar year).
3) FIFA is trying to implement a rule where you can make up to five subs within three stoppages per team. Thankfully, FIFA is going to make it so that players aren't getting punished for jam-packed schedules. With the 2020 season being shortened, in terms of time, and right on top of the 2021 season, if the '5 sub' rule gets passed, we could see 5 subs being allowed in fixtures until December 2021.

Teams with major depth are going to prevail as champions... so basically nothing changes. The best teams each year, no matter the division, are the teams that have 15-20 players that get rotated into the lineup... Those are the Man City's, the Liverpool's, the Juventus's, the Bayern Munich's, the Madrid's, and the Barcelona's... Nothing really changes, because the biggest and best clubs truly just have the most talent in terms of brining 'fresh legs' onto the pitch.
What does this mean for us FIFA 20 players? We may no longer have to play FIFA matches with DEAD players. If there is any problem with FIFA 2020, it is that at the end of the game, your players are worthless in terms of pace. You might as well just be playing 3 forwards, 2 mids, 0 defenders and a keeper (and you better hope he is a damn good keeper). Minute 65'+ in FIFA 20 is never a dog fight. Whoever is brave enough to sub on a forward with fresh legs first will prove victorious. I have been on both the winning and losing side of this. You either have a couple of super subs with 95+ Pace, or you are a loser. There is no in-between. I sub on Matteo Politano or Jamie Vardy in minute 70' and I will guarantee you a goal... if not two or three. They literally breeze past defenders and put a curler top-bins. If you are unfortunate enough to play someone with Adama (99 Pace), you can guarantee him a hat trick if they sub him in with 20' of playing left. If FIFA (the video game) needs to change one thing, it is the fatigue. I just know that my defenders can do more than a walk in minute 65'+ when they started the game with 99 energy... like that is a joke and an insult to the fitness of professional soccer players worldwide. IF FIFA (the video game) lets us make five subs in a match (or maybe just fixes the bullshit stamina on defenders), Ultimate Team may be more enjoyable knowing you aren't going to win a match in the last 20' by subbing a player on. If they don't allow the 5 subs, or don't change the fatigue, they might as well start the match in the 70' minute where everyone is already tired and the offense becomes OP.
This gif PERFECTLY epitomizes minute 65'+ of a FIFA match. Flash might as well not even be there, he helps nobody. He is comical relief, just like Łukasz Piszczek after 65' of playing.
